No. Our beginner classes assume no formal training. We’ll help you build a foundation safely and at a sustainable pace.
How big are classes?
Most multi-week classes are capped at 10–16 students to ensure meaningful reps and detailed feedback.
What’s the refund policy?
Full refunds up to 7 days before a multi-week class begins. Within 7 days, we can provide a 50% credit. After the first session, tuition is non-refundable except as required by law.
Can I switch from online to in-studio?
If the class is labeled “Hybrid,” yes—subject to space. Email [email protected] to request a switch.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes. We reserve a portion of seats for sliding-scale tuition. Include “Scholarship” in your message when you contact us.
Are classes recorded?
We may record segments for feedback with consent. You can opt out at any time. No public sharing without written permission.
How do I prepare for the first day?
Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and read any pre-sent material. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle your breath and focus.
What safety practices do you follow?
We uphold consent-based practice, clear boundaries for physical work, and respectful language standards. Speak to faculty if you need adjustments.
