By accessing our website or enrolling in a class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
2. Services
We provide acting classes, workshops, and related resources delivered online, in-studio, or in hybrid formats. We may modify or discontinue offerings without notice to improve quality or respond to demand.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Code of Conduct
- Arrive on time, prepared, and respectful of partners and faculty.
- Consent-based practice is mandatory for scenes involving intimacy or conflict.
- No recording of classes without explicit permission.
- Discriminatory language or harassment is prohibited.
5. Payments and Refunds
Tuition is due at enrollment. For multi-week classes, you may cancel up to 7 days before the first session for a full refund. Within 7 days, a 50% credit may be offered. After the class starts, tuition is non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Scheduling and Changes
We may reschedule sessions due to instructor availability or facility issues. If a session is canceled, we will offer a make-up date or credit.
7. Intellectual Property
All class materials are owned by Dramatouch Studio or our instructors and are provided for personal use only. Do not copy, distribute, or sell materials without permission.
8. Disclaimers
Training outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee employment, representation, or specific results. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
